Purpose of Establishment
The institute was established on 26 June 2008 for the purpose of providing comprehensive research support to our construction law practice. The Construction Law Institute is focused on developing our capability in new areas of law that are important to our major construction clients and building on our abundant experience in this important practice area.

Practice
-Counseling on housing reconstruction and redevelopment in Korea;
-Litigating disputes arising out of the performance of construction contracts;
-Assisting in obtaining construction and land use permits and appealing adverse administrative decisions;
-Advising in project finance and joint venture construction deals; and
-Providing general legal counsel to construction companies.
